Hydraulics and pneumatics
The branch of hydraulics and pneumatics provides the deliveries and assembly of pneumatic and hydraulic units, inspection, routine and planned maintenance, capital repairs, reconstruction, capital construction.
The group provides:
- repairs of hydraulic drives of mobile and stationary machines
- production and repairs of hydraulic sets according to our and customer's documentation
- assembly of hydraulic tubes
- production and repair of hydraulic cylinders
- delivery of chromium-hard-plated piston bars, precision pipes and packing
- delivery of hydraulic units: hydromotors, hydrogenerators, distributors, filters, tubes, etc.
- repairs of pneumatic cylinders
- deliveries of pneumatic units
- Service provided 24 hours a day.

Machine maintenance, working
This branch provides repairs, reconstruction, production and assembly of technologic units with the use of following activities:
- welding with materials of the class 11, 12, 13, 17 practise by all methods (including MIG, MAG, WIG)
- distribution of potable and industrial water (optionally other media) in copper, galvanized or plastic pipes
- delivery and assembly of industrial pipe-work of all dimensions idem in stainless steel, including blowing-in welds
- production and assembly of steel constructions
- repairs and reconstruction of exchanger stations, tanks, boilers, exchangers
- repairs and installation of rotary machines
- production and repairs of spare parts
- repairs and revisions of gas devices including the fault clearing after revisions
- lathe, cutter, drilling and grinding works of all materials
- routine repairs of fittings, optionally we provide reconditioning and adjustment of pressure needed and its setting-up
- construction of conveyer screw from materials of class 11, 17
- production and repairs of hydraulic equipment
To make an order complex we are ready to provide everything from design and production - technical documentation to realization of the project, with optional use of construction works, painting, insulating and electrical works and all kinds of scaffolds. We can offer to our customer a complex operation maintenance including 
controlling of the device diagnostics and making planned revisions.
Thanks to rich experience with works in the zone of chemical industry we are able to realize very difficult orders in the required quality and in the short time to fulfil all request of our customer.
Mechanical engineering owns authorization to assemblies and repairs of dedicated pressure tanks and gass devices at range group A, B, category 1,2,3 and 4, if you like I, II, VI and VII.

Energetics
In the field of power engineering our company offers these activities:
- Production and deliveries of fabric compensators for the air and waste gases transport, over and bellow the dew-point, including the gas media containing abrasives. Temperature and pressure range of use of fabric compensators reaches 900°C and +/-25 kPa.
- complex realization from the project, localization and delivery to a professional assembly
- short delivery terms 1 to 4 weeks according to the complexity of the product
- provisory repairs of compensators in running with respect to the media parameters and accessibility of the repaired part itself
- visitations of compensators that help to determine the cycle of repairs or change of compensators provided in running or during the device downtime
- information about the function of fixed and moving points, which serve for fixing the channels that influence the compensator operation dilatation.
- Project and delivery of the device for compressed air production of the company Atlas Copco including its treatment like filtration, drying, chilling, discharging.
- measurement of pressure difference, pressure dew-point, air flow
- visitation, service and repairs of devices
- Technical and consultation activity in the field of solving problems arisen while operating or repairing the high-pressure cauldrons
- Project and deliveries of steam soot blowers and water washers of the company Bergemann and Diamond
- assembly, service, inspection, planned repairs
- Production of ferrous metal casting including mechanical working and a production of model units.
- Production of spare parts for energy industry - mainly the safety flaps of smoke-flue, slag and coal breakers, boiler grate, etc.
